A few weeks ago I tried to secure the account Haystack that Phenom sold me. I changed the email and noticed that a phone number was still on the account. I clicked that I no longer had access to the number and it told me that it would be deleted in 30 days. It should get deleted on the 4th. After that I added my main email as an alternate, but I had to wait a month for it to actually be added. I wrote down all the info.
About a week later I tried signing in. I thought I wrote down the wrong password since mine didn't work so I did a quick password reset (I know the sq). I used lethal's advice of deleting untrusted consoles just to be sure but apparently this didn't help.
Today I tried to check up on it and I was required to redownload the profile. When I tried to do this I found out that the email I put on the account no longer exists. The phone number on the account was European so I think it might have been Phenom's but you never know. I have no proof pointing at anyone but I just need a little help getting my gamertag back. I know the old email/pw, the gamertag of course, and unless it was changed the security question. Any help would be wonderful.
Edit: The email is the same but the password and sq were changed. There is no longer a telephone number on the account, on the password reset I was only given the option of trusted PC and sq.
