Hello there people on my ps4 i get a crappy download speed when i have a good download speed like 30 mbps and i only 2 mbps on my ps4 any ideas on how to fix this?

Hard Rebooting My Router
Tried DNS
Dont Even bother asking to connect it to a ethernet
