i need help with a virus

hi im having a problem with a virus on my pc and kaspesky wont give me the option of removing it heres a screan shot of what my av says about the fuckin thing:

I'm not familiar with Kaspersky, But the only thing you can do is either
Move to chest or find the file path an manually remove it.

ok il have look but how serios is it and what will it do to my pc im familia with keyloggers but a loader what is that?

Ive found Kaspersky to be a great inocent persons AV.

But for someone who fiddles about with hacking etc. I found it to be overly protective.

Even when playing MW2 it sometimes stops me loading the game for upto a minute so it can check to see if its harmful. And that was when everything was turn off and gaming mode wass on. So i got fustrated entereing a game 2 minutes late and just went to avast
