Haha just kidding, but hey your profile pic is awesome.
Comet said:I wouldn't consider myself too hipster for marijuana.
I just don't want to fuck up my life and waste my money.
Roll said:How does it "fuck your life up"?
Roll said:How does it "fuck your life up"?
Comet said:1. Waste of money over a simple pleasure.
2. I am a runner and I try my best to stay fit, therefore smoking weed would mess with my lungs, and I would no longer be able to run at my full capacity.
3. My personal life would most likely go to shit, because nobody I know smokes besides a few of my friends.
4. It's simply bad for you.
Also, a waste of time and definitely not "cool" from my standpoint.

Bad for you
You can get into big trouble for it
You're exactly the people I'm talking about why would you even come to this section? Because you can't talk about it, you've never experienced it.Genius said:It's really stupid IMO. I'm clean from it btw![]()
Roll said:1) It depends what you want to spend your money on, I wouldn't call that "life wasting"
2) Fair enough about being a runner, but still, it wouldn't "waste your life". I play football, and a couple of joints a week hasn't sat me on my ass after the final whistle.
3) I don't quite understand why? Because you smoke weed you become some insociable plum who's incapable of being socially accepted in the real world?
4) Alot less bad than alot of legal things, you drink? Anyone that drinks alcohol is wasting their lives?
I'm not trying to persuade you, I just hate people that fling stereotypes with no evidence to back it up.
Comet said:I definitely have "evidence".
Smoking weed will not make you cooler, it will not makes you smarter, it will not make you a better athlete, it will not make you loo better, and it will not save you money.
I guarantee if you stop smoking, your football skills will increase significantly, but you cannot stop, because it is a drug and some would say you are addicted. I personally don't think smoking weed is an addiction, I just think it's pointless and rather stupid.
I do have friends that smoke, they are very nice and I have known them for a while, I let them live their lives and they let me live mine, but I still will never understand why they started.
Roll said:Since when did people who smoke weed state that it makes you, 'cooler', 'smarter', 'better athlete', etc. Another wrong stereotype. Furthermore in this debate, you claim that marijuana doesn't help these things, so does this mean you are a top athlete, a* grades, and the most swag person to grace ForumKorner? (Rhetorical question {incase you didn't know}) No, it doesn't.
Fact No.2 THC, the active chemical in marijuana, isn't actually addictive. Yes, people continue to take THC due to the fact they like to replicate the feeling. I used to light a J at least 2/3 times a day, now it's once a week.
And what makes you 'bigger' than those who smoke it? Why do you 'let them live their lives'. I for one, disagree strongly with what you are staying, in your totally self endured wank about how good you 'non smokers' are.
I'll stick to my side, you stick to yours. You clearly can't argue yourself out of a plastic bag.
Comet said:Ok, if you agree that weed doesn't make you a better athlete, or smarter, or give you better grades, or save you money. What does it do to improve your life?
Give me an answer to that question.
You can call me names, claim that I'm stupid, but last time I checked I'm not the one loosing money to this stuff, you are.
Roll said:I like smoking a J, simple. I haven't gained anything from it, I haven't lost anything on it.
You may think i'm loosing money on it? But that's what I enjoy doing, that's my hobby. So i', happy spending £10 a week on that, and you can spend your £10 a week on whatever you do.
Comet said:Actually, you have lost money. And there is no way you can prove me wrong on that.
I would recommend you find a better, perhaps, healthier hobby.
Roll said:You're making me laugh! :L
I haven't 'lost' money in my point of view. You lost money when you brought them new pair of kicks? To you, you didn't. To me, you did.
Yes, my bank balance is $10 less than what it could be per week. But I have gained something that makes me happy and that I enjoy.
I could view you spending money on your gym membership, 'wasting', you're spending money to gain something on your body.
I'm spending money to gain something I enjoy. Now please, jump off your "frank.com" fanboy.
