I have an alert not going away

So after people mass-tagged people last night, I've gone ahead and clicked through every single alert but now it's stuck on saying that I have 1 unseen alert when I have literally gone through every single alert. Is there anyway to mark them as read or could staff just take it off? It's annoying.

Try going to alert settings and taking off all alerts save then turn alerts back on should work.

Never mind, there's an option to delete all alerts and that worked. You can now close this thread.

You simply missed the one that is still remaining it isn't possible for it to just be their. It is plain and simple, you have one you didn't click, find it, and click it, and it will go away.

Be aware that alerts are set to show so many. If Philly set it to 3 or even 5. If you have more than either of those, you need to physically go past the drop menu and look at the rest of your alerts, if the drop menu is set to only show a certain amount.

I had 8 pages of alerts, I clicked EVERY SINGLE ONE. I just deleted them in the end and it was removed.

It didn't go away after I clicked every single one though, is what I'm saying. Anyways, I'm off to bed as it's 5 am here now so good night.

Cleared them, and flushed my dns twice. lets hope its gone by tommorow :3

It should be gone instantly I believe, I guess it's just a bug with the site.
