Sound like a hotel i went to a couple years ago in PA.

The shower/bathrub had mold in it. there was no toilet seat. 1 bed in a 2 bed room.
The TV wasn't working.

The chair was broken.

The sheets on the bed looked like someone took a dump on them.

Worst night of my life? I think so.
