I risk a worse consequence if I don't go. My parents and I have decided to completely ignore it until they bring it to my attention or my parent's attention again.

The public education system never seems to amaze me with it's narcissistic faculty, and their ridiculously sensitive personalities.  Get out into the real world, and stop living a lie of innocence whilst attempting to teach high school students.
