What stats/quests/items should I get for them?

So far:

85 dungeonerring
80 attack
?? strength
?? defense
Dwarf Cannon
Full bandos (rune?)
5k monks
100k cannon balls

Then all you need is 60 att 85+ str (brackish blade) 80 + range (cannon) 80 def..

Last I checked 1 range and 99 range do the same damage on a cannon. I could be wrong though

Don't you need a range req in order to do the cannon quest. Also, if your melee, get 90+ str, 80 attack, and 80 defence.
