It's going to be:

Make around 5 frost dragon killers, either sell them or bot them.

What stats/quests/items should I get for them?

So far:

Code: 
85 dungeonerring
80 attack
?? strength
?? defense
Dwarf Cannon
Full bandos (rune?)
5k monks
100k cannon balls
 
If you sell the bots, you will lose too much cos you will have to pay members
 

Last I checked 1 range and 99 range do the same damage on a cannon. I could be wrong though
 
Don't you need a range req in order to do the cannon quest. Also, if your melee, get 90+ str, 80 attack, and 80 defence.

1.2M/hour isn't good? I'm already botting it on 2 accounts, you're crazy! I'm getting 2.4M/hour.
 
its good money, and im starting to make one of these acccount, but how long do you think itd take to get all that accomplished, and will you be botting 24/7?
