Ok, so during 4th period I went to the bathroom to smoke a cig... Are bathrooms have alarms in them that go off when there is smoke so to smoke in there you have to carefully blow the smoke into this vent in the center of the bathroom. Well, as I was smoking my cig a special needs kid walks in and I quickly run into the stall with my cig in hand and still on fire. The special kid starts peeing and his pee is getting all of the floor so I say fuck this and leave, as I am leaving I leave a trail of smoke and as I get out of the bathroom the alarm goes off and the door shuts and locks. So now, the special kid, who doesn't know what the fuck is going on, gets in trouble and I don't even get caught...

Not your fault, I mean it is but you didn't mean it. Sucks to be you right now lol
 
Offtopic, I question the legality of a door that locks you in the bathroom. What if there was a legit fire?

Wow that's a shitty situation. If you want to take away that guilt and earn some respect for yourself you should own up to it. I see why you wouldn't want to though.
 
That's a shit load of guilt for you. That special kid had no idea what was going on. And he still got in trouble. :(
 
Imho, it was a dick move..
You didn't even take responsibility for something you caused and left a special needs guy to blame..
If anything, I would've taken to blame if it was me. Just my 2 cents.
 
I would of told them it was me, what's the worse that will happen to you? You get suspended and get some vacation time. That poor special needs kid was probably shittin bricks.
 
In my opinion you should really own up to what you caused, don't let that other guy take the blame.
 
Don't own up to it that is stupid, the special needs kid won't get in trouble and you would get fucked for doing that haha.

But I use to never smoke in the bathroom

I always went outside between these modulars or in the dugout in the baseball field

Never got caught out of the 50+ times I smoked there
