As of today when the Terms of Use was updated, I now can't login into my gt Stumped. This is because every time I try it asks for a parental ID, which I don't know and belonged to one of the original owners parents I guess.
That has kept me from doing a lot of things with the account such as changing the privacy settings and billing information at one point which is upsetting I paid a good amount for it. I know the og owner was Rarity or Racks who is the person I bought it from told me, but he wouldn't respond to my message on xbox although I haven't PM'ed him yet.
When I do that I'm kind of just expecting the same thing, he'll just ignore unless you see this then please PM or respond back to me.
These are the 2 pages I see everywhere I click on xbox.com. If I don't get this fixed it'll be almost like it's banned, no one will be able get in.
