I clean my teeths every 3 times a day

Hello friends I clean my teeths every 3 times a day. So i want to know that how many times you clean your teeths in a day.

Well Ideally it's 3 times. I do it three times when I'm at home for lunch, but if I'm at school, I only do it twice. Eww gross right? But then I don't really have much time to spend brushing my tooth in school. And the necessary things needed aren't available at school.

In general 3 times a day but it depends if i am at work then it would be 2 times a day but if i am free at i eat a lot then 4 times a day so it depends on the day.

i clean my teeth once a day in morning. i think it's enough for me. brushing thrice a day is not a clever idea. it is loss of time with no gain. Brushing twice is the best thing.

I usually clean my teeth 3 times a day, it's the best thing, after every main meal. And I use the dental floss once, before going to bed. When I'm not at home I take a gum, but I know it isn't so healthy...

Why does all clean their teeths 3 times a day, I clean my teeths here in sweden two times a day.
That's pretty funny actually.
