I am having trouble with Horizon

When I try installing Horizon, I get prompted with this message

Can someone help me with this? I ran it with and without administration.

I actually got some sort of Virus when I downloaded this a couple of weeks ago, don't know what was going on when I downloading it from the actual site. Good luck finding a solution.
