How well will this pc preform gaming wise. Not looking to play everything high but at least most games on medium.

What games are you looking to play? You should get an SSD for your OS and games.

I don't believe that the NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 is what you're looking for.
Any new title you plan to play with that card will play horribly, even on low.. It's a very low-end card and nothing that you'd want to purchase if you could avoid it.
