How to train summoning?

I've been on Runescape for agess and well I'm thinking of going for the fruitbats bot to make me some monies, but how do I get summoning up? I'm level 4 summoning.

I don't collect charms i've got money.

You need charms if you want to train it, without charms you can train it via penguin points.

You can't, You could try soulwars for charms, But with your cpmbat level it would be rather bad charms..

I think he's level 84.
