How to stay secure

Hello all, I'll be writing for you a very well detailed tutorial on how to stay safe. Please do not rage on my Grammatical faults, thanks.

So, first of all if we are going to download a Keylogger (Logs all things what you do on the computer and will be sent to an email) or RAT (Remote Administration Tool). Examples of these two programs are:

- Keylogger: Predator Pain Logger, Skyneos Logger and Polymorphic logger. (Note: There are many more loggers!)
- RAT: DarkComet, CyberGate or BlackShades (Note: there are more RAT's)

When downloading any of these two programs always check the virus-scan. Most people who want to infect people have their virus "encrypted". This means that the virus doesn't "pop-up" as a virus. It is UD (Undetectable) or FUD (Fully Undetectable).

Let's say we downloaded a Keylogger, but we don't know if its a virus or not. First we are going to scan with a (Online) virus scanner. Some examples of virus scanners: McAfee, AVG and Kaspersky. If you don't have one, we can scan it online too. A example of an online virus scanner is Virustotal. If it does say 0/0, no malware/viruses found. Than we go to the next step. Download Sandboxie.

After installing, you need to restart your computer. Alright, so we have Sandboxie installed and the computer has restarted. Right click the Keylogger and click "Run sandboxed".

It would start normally, if the program doesn't open it's definately a virus. "Oh, we opened it, we have a virus now! NO!". We opened it in Sandboxie, if we open it with Sandboxie, the computer won't open it normally. We aren't infected! With this program we are always safe for viruses.

If you didn't read this and you are infected, you need to do this:

- Download: HijackThis and MalwareBytes'

Install both software and scan with the both programs your computer. At the end of each scan the programs will give you a log. Do NOT post the log in this section, but post it in "Malware Removal".

Thanks for reading this tutorial. Stay safe!
