I would google this, but I want personal opinion.

2 days ago I was walking into my bedroom to go to sleep and to the right went you walk in there's this map which is just leading ageist the wall. It fell over and hit my leg in just a way it hit this part of my foot:

and it hurts like shit whenever I put on shoes. How can I speed up the heal process?

Not going to be helpful in this case.

Two reasons:

1) Good luck me holding ice in that spot, it's like on a small-ass part of your week tissue (no idea what it's called, the shit your nose is made out of) and would slide off the edge, also, I hate holding ice

2) I have no ice, no ice cube molds.

Heat and ice rotate every 15-20mins for like an hour ever few hours.

Also do you shave your legs? lol

That's not my leg. That's from google.

Rest.

I guess, you wouldn't want a lot of blood flow to go through.

People keeps saying Ice, he already said he doesn't have Ice.

Try Aloe Vera gel or something along those lines.

Now you have a reason to sit on your ass.
