How to reduce my belly size..

hay fox any one know that how can i reduce my belly size its increasing daybyday because my mostly time passed sitting on chair...

can any one toll me how can i reduce it to normal position?
 
Well you can try shaking up your hips by dancing.
I've tried that before and I can say that it is indeed effective.

I used to be 'big', but after a while, I got really skinny and tall. You just need to exercise a lot. I love playing sports, and I like going to the gym too. Also, you need to eat really healthy. I've tried my best to avoid junk foods like pop, chips, and etc. I eat fruit and other healthy foods.

One thing you DON'T WANNA DO is not to eat. You will just get anorexia, which is a horrible disease. Also, if you don't eat, you're eventually gonna eat, right? As soon as you start eating normally again, you'll gain your weight back. So just eat really healthy and exercise a lot.

Patience is also key. You don't lose 10 pounds in 30 minutes. You need to spend some time. After ~1-2 years, if you don't notice any difference, then take it to the next level.

just get outside, exercise, dont sit on your ass all day, eat healthier... etc.

alright i know the problem is from my seating habit but what to do i have job of computer graphics so i have to work sitting on table

what the hell is a "seating habit"? you eat chairs? and you sit on a table? what?
 
Strangely enough, you can't reduce belly fat alone..you need to do cardio to up your metabolism and then do crunches (google to know exact procedure) and related exercises that target belly fat.

Yes thats a good idea, i think i should adopt this 30 mints exercise but what kind of exercises should i do in this time of period?

I think if you seat a lot because of your work, why don't you try to stand up every hour or minutes? I just think of that when I read your respond with one of those who posted in here. Just try it. Good luck!

I recently lost a big belly after many years. I went to the dr. and of course he wanted me to take all kinds of pills, a cost I didnt need or want. So i went online and read all I could. And every site I read always included water and excersice. So I started walking 3 times a day about 1 mile each time, and driking loads of water. After one week I had lost 4 lbs. SO I got excited and started walking 1 1/2 miles a day and drinking more water. After one month I had lost 13 lbs. I did this for 6 months and can tell you Ive now lost 34 Lbs and feel great. Give it a try. it works, and is cheap.
 
This is a bit of a gross way to go about it but buy apple cider vinegar. It's a very bitter tasting vinegar, but it helps suppress the appetite and also aids in digesting and metabolism. Take one tablespoon in a glass of water. If you add lemon to it, it won't taste any better but will also help you lose the weight faster. Don't do this for too terribly long, in fact I'd say twice a day for two weeks. It should help you shrink some of that belly fat, I know it helped me.
