Go to www.emu4ios.net ​

Install iRec​

This works on IOS 8.1 & higher​

This won't install on ios 8.4. I use builds.io ($10 a year) but works well! iRec, Moviebox, GBA4ios and more!

They recently fixed iRec, There's also another app but it only works with jailbreak.
