You don't need verified to send some money. Verification of PayPal account is for lifting limitation like sending bulk payment,sending some big money...etc.
PayPal with verification is good for buying goods online too,but for receiving the payment on verified will be good.
 
Yeah we need credit card or debit card to verify the PayPal account,but do you know we can verify our account using virtual credit card.

You don't need to be verified to get/receive a money in paypal. They can send you a money even thought you are not verified. Don't worry so much. Buts there a limitation for it. If you want to verify your paypal you can use VCC/ Virtual Credit Card. You can buy it be sure its a trusted buyer. Avoid being scam. Gudluck.
