How To Play Chess
By: Beau™
Lately I have Been Playing ALOT of Chess and we need some sort of intellectual guide here, so I figured why not educate some new players+ Give knowledge :]
Lets Begin,
This guide is sort of for beginners and moderate players I see it sort of a quick start or touch up. It may seem complicated at first, but the game is really easy when you get the hang of it I've never really done this sort of thing before but Im hoping this guide will get ya set to go and play chess :]. ALSO If you have any Questions Please leave them below and I will try to get them, Otherwise Comments/suggestions are Appreciated I want to be active in this community and make a difference :]
The Description:
Chess is a board game which only has two players, Player One Which the pieces are White and Player Two which the pieces are Black. Now the Players take turns (White always moves first of course), You can only move one piece at a time, Trying to get to your opponents King. Good Luck :] Lets go on to the Pieces.
Rook:

The Rook Piece Is a tiny tower piece. It can move in a straight line horizontally or vertically Any number of spaces.
Pawn:

Pawns are the Worst piece. They Can only Move Once and Forward.. But as most people Dont know, the first move of a pawn Can be Two spaces forward not just one. They are little Pieces that look lie a palm tree with no leaves.
Bishop:

Bishops Can move Diagonally Or in a straight line as many pieces as you want
Knight:

The knight Doesn't move in straight back or even side to side positions It can move forward 3 spots and one to the Left or One to the right OR vise versa if it was going backwards. The knight is a very confusing Piece leave a question here if you need more clarification :]
King:

The king Is definitely the most important piece in the game, if this gets captured Game over your done so be wise where you move it, The King can move any direction But only one Square.
Queen:

Ah the Queen my favorite piece, this piece is the best in the game you can move Anyway, Any amount of squares.
