How to NOT get your GT banned.

Talking with Philly and looking over everything about my account bans and others. I have come to a conclusion that Microsoft is NOT here.They're at Hackforums and probably lurking around google and typing 'Gamertags for sale yolo swag'. We know they're not here because if they were they would've banned all Philly's gamertags that he posted proof of and stickied.
Anyway, here are some tips on how to NOT get your gamertag banned and keep it safe.

Don't Sell it!​

This is obvious they are banning accounts/gamertags that were ever up for sale/trade they WILL be 9999'ed. As long as they find proof of it.They will not ban a gamertag without proof. They HAVE to build up a case and find proof or face legal action. They could be building a case on YOU right now.

Delete EVERYTHING!​

By this i mean if you are going to buy a gamertag/account and the person you are buying it from has a thread on it ANYWHERE tell them to delete it ASAP. my tags and account got banned because they were for sale on a different forum. this is very important. as long as there's no proof of selling anything anywhere then you wont have a problem.

Don't Sell/Talk about selling gamertags over Xbox!​

This is very important they can easily build a case on you if you're talking about selling gamertags over Xbox that's how most people get banned.Talk over anything else but that. i suggest AIM/Skype or PMing.

Don't Show Proof ANYWHERE​

All they need is proof of one tag and they will ban all your tags that were
ever for sale/trade.They will see that you're trying to sell gamertags then take a look at your IP you created them on then just ban all of those tags.

So overall just be smart about selling/trading gamertags.
or just don't do it.

i had no proof of 50 tags and they all got banned. at some point u did have proof of it somewhere or talked about it on xbox and its probably been passed around and there's threads on it somewhere. read before you post kiddo. derp
