How to make secure.runescape phisher?

Let's say I have a phisher at x10.com, how would I make the beginning secure.runescape.com.m like what a lot of people use. I used the runescapesr phisher which automatically did this but since it's down, i need to know how to do this.

Yes I will be using a co.cc domain, but how do I do this-

secure.runescape.com.m.co.cc

buy the domain "secure.runescape.com.m" with .co.cc and it should read as secure.runescape.com.m.co.cc

You can't get a domain with dots in it on any website. There is a way to do it in your web hosting files, I forgot how.
