rash drivers who race against time are fast to the speed limits, they ignore all the signals in life too. They should be given lessons on traffic and rules there on.

It is really difficult to stop drivers obeying the speed limit especially if the law is very lenient about it. Here in my place and maybe in the country, the law is really lax about over speeding and the like. Most of these drivers are young and the fact that they can drive fast make them feel superior on the road. They need to be educated on safe driving! Well, as a friend told me, the Philippine street is like a jungle! Everything and everyone is so wild and untamed!
