How to make a webclient?

can someone teach me how to do this? I'm not very good at PhP, or at least link me to a guide? and also, it will get rid of the need of downloading a client that is 324mb

As suggested earlier, go to runeserver.... They have tutorials.

Now making a webclient is very advanced and complicated. No need to run before you can walk, I suggest this website for some Java tutorials. If your serious about this, it is time to learn the more advanced part of the language, thus enabling you to code a webclient.

That would be a terrible idea, I myself am still learning the language and I have been trying to understand it for about 2 years when I was introduced to RSPS.
