How to make a webclient?

can someone teach me how to do this? I'm not very good at PhP, or at least link me to a guide? and also, it will get rid of the need of downloading a client that is 324mb

You shouldn't try to make a private server if you dont understand it means to edit the .java and compile.

reported x04a for being off topic, and on-topic, I know how to open the .java and compile, clearly you didn't read the instructions.
 
I did, open .class implies open .java and compile.

As suggested earlier, go to runeserver.... They have tutorials.

They're tutorials are crap!!! Haha jk...ummm were working on the webclient as we speak.

That would be a terrible idea, I myself am still learning the language and I have been trying to understand it for about 2 years when I was introduced to RSPS.
