You can download RSBuddy from there. Just open 2 different bot menus and then it allows you to multi-log. I hope this has helped you out .

Go to runescape.com and open the client twice

Different world is open rs twice.

same world is 2 clients and you click log in at the exact same time about 1 second apart leeway.
or 3rd party client and normal client; e,g rsbuddy and firefox.
