How to learn coding?

Hello everyone! By any chance does anyone here know where to begin if you're wanting to learn on how to code. I want to learn coding languages such as C++ and all that good stuff. However, after hours of research I can't seem to find something that actually teaches me step-by-step coding. Does anyone here happen to know what I'm looking for? Thank you for reading!

I was required to use this in one of my classes.
I recommend it to all.
It is simplistic, easy to follow, and educational.
Just take your time and absorb it.
