How to give people rep¿

yes yes im a dumbass and should take a break from fk. but in all seriousness i just started fk and i dont know how to give people rep! a couple users where nice enough to help me so i was looking to rep them. help
 
Firstly, this belongs in the Questions & Suggestions section. You have to be upgraded to give reputation points to another member.

Refer to the help documents next time you have a question, too.
 
Click on their reputation amount and you will see a "rate user" button around the top left,then pick the amount you want to rep and follow the instructions.

Upgrade page at the top. It cost $ and power will give you the most rep to give for now. If not then get Onyx.

i wish:/ im 15 and have a job. i have enough money to upgrade like 100 times. but my parents wont let my near their credit card. theyd kill me

I made a paypal and made money off the site to buy upgrades.

If I remember correctly, you don't need a bank account or credit card to sign up on PayPal, that's only to get verified. You can still send and receive money whilst unverified.
