Also, if you purchased Minecraft after the 11th of May, don't bother with this because it will not work.

Hemps said:I heard that if you are caught playing it then they will ban you.
Cute said:Exactly what Ocean said.. They're not going to ban you, you got a refund because there was no split-screen..
They don't expect you to stop playing...

You clearly don't understand what a refund is then. If you are not happy with something you bought, you bring it back, and get your money back. They will not give you your money back, and then let you keep the item.

This is no different than the account transfer glitch that got patched a year or two ago, they will eventually catch on, and you will not be able to play Minecraft anymore.
Xbox support has already confirmed that you do not get to keep the game afterwords, so this will be considered a glitch, and all glitches get patched.

Here is the difference between a normal refund and what we are doing: With a normal refund, you get your money back and give them back the game. However, we are demanding a refund because we were "lied" to by Mojang. Mojang said that we could play split-screen, but when we tried to play split-screen, it would not let us because we don't have an HD TV. Therefore, we are demanding our money back. My support agent didn't even mention anything about the license. If they didn't want me to play the game anymore, then they would've taken away my license to play it.

Microsoft could care less about what Mojang said and the demanded refunds. They will not give back your money, and let you keep the license for the game. I doubt you still have the license to Minecraft on your account, but you can still play it for a time. This has happened before, and was patched in time. If you still have the license however, then someone has made a mistake.
@Cute You clearly have no idea what your talking about and don't listen to valid proof. I will be closing this thread since Xbox staff have denied your claim.
If other staff thing I have wrongly closed this thread, they can re-open it, but I recommend that no one attempt this if you would like to keep Minecraft forever.
