4. Then if they say yeah we sure can help you with that your set, but if they say they can't do a manual license transfer either get a new agent or say this "
well i downloaded the content and my other profiles cant play the games meaning the transfer didn't work" and it might or may not work, but it worked for me
5. This works about 95% of the time, you should have a LT in about 3 days

!Note: Even though the agent escalates the issue for you, there is still a chance the people that actually reset the LT will reject the case. This has only happened twice for me so its a low chance it will happen to you.
!Note: When you receive the email that the LT has been reset you can reply to that email and say that they transferred the LT to the wrong Xbox and sometimes you can get a Account transferred to Two Xbox's instead of just one.
