How To Get Fresh IG?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get fresh IG accounts?
I know Bluestacks works but when I try to sign up with Insta it says someone about my IP making too many accounts or something.
Anyone know a fix or a different method?​

Use a VPN on your PC when using Bluestacks.
If you want to do it on your phone just go on a public wifi, mobile contractor internet, ... anything but your home connection.

And then you can make as many accounts as you want
