DotNetBar is ugly as **** and you always have to have that .dll unless you put it inside with the resources, if I remember correctly. I'd rather just use AeonHack's themes, or make my own from his numerous tutorials on them. Or just modify someone else's theme that allows you to do so.

lol, DotNetBar is not a theme. It's a extension / tool files.
