Well I discovered a method in how to get them so I thought I'd share it. Please note that this method does take some time. Enjoy!
Also note that you will need to create an Origins account. It will take you 5 minutes.
1. Go to this site: http://help.ea.com/en/
2. From there click "Help with a game"
3. Find TitanFall and click on it.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Us"
5. From there start a new conversation.
6. Click the Xbox One panel or the PC panel depending on which system you are using.
7. Once you select the console type, there will be two pull down options. For the "Select a Topic" select "Demo/Beta" Then for the "Please tell us a little more about your issue" simply write "Invalid TitanFall Beta Code."
8. Then click Next to proceed in the bottom right hand corner.
9. Then it will bring you to a new page. Click the "Email Me" button.
10. Now there should be a format with information about yourself that should already be entered in, except for the "What type of Demo/Beta issue are you having?" option. Just simply choose "Eligibility"
11. Lastly, in the text box at the bottom you will compose a sob story. Saying that your code does not work. For Example: Hello! The code I received does not work when I try redeeming it. I registered for the xbox one beta and have been trying to redeem it before tomorrow. The code I received was the following: 3YPOX-T7JGK-4FG4G-D6XCD-PIP2Z Thank you! I hope I can get a new code :] I also plan on preordering the game :]
12. Now you will just have to wait until they email you with a new code. I hope this work's for you guys because it worked for me. Cheers!
