how to change email on xbox?

i lost the email i use for xbox and im trying to change it on the xbox one. is it possible to do so? i dont have a computer atm and my password i used isnt working

This is what I hate about Forumkorner sometimes.

To clear things up and answer your question, there is currently no way to change your email/password on the Xbox console. There are many things that Microsoft left out of Xbox One and this is one of them. If you don't have a computer right now I would advise you to either wait it out until you get your computer or you can simply call Xbox customer support (1-800-469-9269). Here you can give them the Gamertag of your account, and they'll send you a security code to your phone or alternate emails to verify it and access your account, and then you can have your email/password changed through that.

I suggest changing the email through Xbox 360, I read recently that Xbox One doesn't support that yet.
I've trying to change my email on an account as well but you have to wait like 30 days if you just downloaded the account to the Xbox.
