How many times you eat in one day ?Do you belive if you eat more you became fat or you think became fat is also a disease ?
 
Becoming fat isn't a disease. I'd consider myself mildly overweight, but does that mean I have a disease? No, it doesn't. Does it mean I eat too much? No, it doesn't. You can't eat too much, you eat what you want to eat, so no, you can never be too fat.
 
i eat 3 times per day breakfast, lunch, and dinner..take a balanced food dude...if not you will be fat and you'll easy to get diseases...xD
 
Well I eat three times a day with a lot of snack breaks in between. Ye we do get fat by eating a lot. But I don't think fat is a disease. But being fat though predisposes us to diseases if we don't move a lot or if we have a sedentary lifestyle.
 
I usually eat once or twice a day, sometimes more. I don't think it's eating more that makes us fat, it's what we eat that makes us fat. We could eat six servings of fruit a day and that won't make us fat, but it will keep us healthy and full, but if we were to eat six burgers a day it would make us fat!
 
well for me i ate,Brunch and dinner only and snacks also.being fat is not a disease instead if you are fat you are prone having a disease.its not also good for our health.

i think i ate 4 times a day :))
i love eating a lot :))
 
I usually eat 2 times a day... Somedays i eat 3 times.. I consider myself to be a bit healthy but not fat.. And btw being fat isnt a disease.
 
3 times, when i wake up, then around 3' becouse i wake up at 12'
And then at 7' or later.

And also litle stuff when i'm hungry

I eat several times a day but i eat small portions. And yes i do believe you get fat if you eat more so i try to control my eating habit but if there's something I absolutely love, I can't help myself :Laugh:
 
2 to 3 times a day. it depends on what you eat and your metabolism. i don't think being fat is a disease. my answer will be different if the question is being obese :)
 
i eat 2-3 times a day.but even if you eat the right foods but stay in bed all day or do not exercise,you would get fat.you could also blame your genes.because some people eat so much but they do not get fat :)

I eat 3 times a day.And I have snacks when I'm feeling hungry.I have rice on every meals that I have.And with the snacks, I eat bread or some junk foods and soda. Fat is depend on your metabolism, it play a role in your weight loss goals and what is its value to you.
 
i eat three times a day.. breakfast, lunch, and dinner. sometimes, i ate four times a day.. hehe ^_^ i don't think you'll get fat just because you ate many times everyday. i think it depends on the food you eat and the amount of food you take. you might be eating many times per day but if you just eat veggies and in small amounts, i don't think you'll get fat easily. ^_^
 
i eat almost 6 times a day i have hyper acidity that i why i eat many times but not in volume. little by litttle. i eat every 5 hrs
 
3 times for sure eating lot its mean u become fat i dont like to see fatty myself so i take a balanced diet.
