How I control my appetite ?

I know i'm getting fatter day by day , so i went to physical exercise also but it doesn't work , because i can't control my appetite , so friend need perfect suggestion asap .
 
One thing that you can do is keep a food journal and count your calories. You can control how much food is going into your mouth this way. You can look up online how many calories you need each day to lose weight. Then you should buy and eat food that is healthy and fits into your calories for the day. I wish you the best of luck!
 
Try to avoid fatty foods mate. Try to eat before 6pm and just take water after 6. I seen some of my friends doing that and it's useful. When you woke up in the morning, try to have a walk or run thru your village. Having right exercise will make you lose weight too. Good luck! ^^
 
This is easy try to avoid food and drink liquids that can help you a lot,and also try to eat fruit and vegetables more than meat,and start joging or practice a sport:Wink:.
