How Do You Study?

How do you guys study for tests/exams?
I have my science final tomorrow, and I need some nice techniques.

My current setup is Vyvanse Chief Keef and Mountain Dew lmao.

I just read over the entire study guide a couple of times, then basically the day of the test I read it some more.

Then I just take it from there.

I put relaxing music on YT, read for about 30 minutes and take a rest of 3 minutos and over again. Then, I start to talk to myself about what I just read to help the process

Truthfully, I have never studied for any exams.

I just learn the material in class and retain it well.

I suggest locking yourself in your room and focusing on the important things that you learned what I did when I studied for my EMT exam

And another helpful thing is to turn off your phone it's very distracting for me at least

I've never studied for more than 15 minutes in my entire life.
I don't stress over tests or exams, I couldn't care less.

In order for me to study, I have to be real focused, I then read the material and write down the material I need to know, I then keep writing it as it helps me remember. Then, I go over the material once again before class so it's fresh in my head and voila, I'm ready.

Go over the study guide until you have it down. Make flash cards.

However, you don't get study guides usually in college. In this case;

Go over your notes and highlight the things mentioned multiple times. Make flashcards. Use Quizlet. Have a friend quiz you. Anything helps.
