Sometimes, we cannot help but really feel angry. There are situations that ignite us to be angry. However, it is also important that we know how to control our emotions, especially anger. What we say or do to other people due to our anger cannot be taken back anymore. So as much as possible, we must learn how to deal with anger.
When I am angry, instead of focusing on what made me angry, I do the following:
-to lessen my angry mood in an instant, I count 1-100;
-listen to my favorite music or any music that will make me dance, sing, or lift my mood;
-call friends and chat with them, or better yet, laugh with them
-watch a comedy film;
-play video games;
-play sudoku or crossword puzzle;
-go to the mall to look around, or if I have money to spare, go shopping;
-I cook my family's favorite dish. I feel great everytime I see how they enjoy my dish!
-I blog my feelings;
-I pray. It always works!
