How do you deal with anger?

Sometimes, we cannot help but really feel angry. There are situations that ignite us to be angry. However, it is also important that we know how to control our emotions, especially anger. What we say or do to other people due to our anger cannot be taken back anymore. So as much as possible, we must learn how to deal with anger.

When I am angry, instead of focusing on what made me angry, I do the following:

-to lessen my angry mood in an instant, I count 1-100;
-listen to my favorite music or any music that will make me dance, sing, or lift my mood;
-call friends and chat with them, or better yet, laugh with them
-watch a comedy film;
-play video games;
-play sudoku or crossword puzzle;
-go to the mall to look around, or if I have money to spare, go shopping;
-I cook my family's favorite dish. I feel great everytime I see how they enjoy my dish!
-I blog my feelings;
-I pray. It always works!

How about you friends, how do you deal with your anger?

honestly when I get mad or angry. I just go to my room and play music or sleep. because after that it makes me relieve from anger :Wink:
 
Its qt difficult to deal with anger.. anyway when i got mad about something first i breath in and breath out slowly and concerntrate about it.. then later i'll think why i got angry.. most of the time useless reasons lol.. when u gt angry u'll bcome ugly.. thats what my mom always says..

hi good day, well, me i prefer not to say because if had to talked im sure i cant hold my temper and maybe i could say bad to someone so i better not to say at all and i wrote a blog just to release my anger in that way i feel better.

i used to eat if i'm mad or depressed i think in that way of my own i can cool down my anger instead of fighting with someone
 
This what i do in dealing anger

1. Eat y favorite food
2. hangout with friends
3. Talking to my mom
4. cooking food
5. playing guitar
6. listening to rock music

This are the things that i do so the anger will go away.

Depends, Some times I let it go, good for my blood pressure. But when I must control it because this is going to be harmful for either me or the one who is on receiving end.
I keep my eyes closed for a while and count from 100 backwards that keeps me engaged. I drink a glass of water, one more some times. Bang the table with my fist and go out in to the park in front of my office or house.
 
I eat my favorite foods, I play video games, chat with the people whom I got angered with. Depends, it always depend on the anger meter. lol

Anger is a negative and very harmful emotion. I try to control my anger by avoiding harsh words, as strife of tongues causes anger. I use meditation also to control anger.
 
well for me, i just breath deeply or get out the room to relax my tension. for long term solution, i do swimming and jogging, when you in the middle of swimming and jogging, said in your mind that you need to relax and control your anger and kept reminding yourself that being angry is no use cause it just will harm or hurt other feeling.

you can also do meditation.
 
i deal with the anger by keeping silence and just turn on the television and watch the sports may be it was live or recorded dont matter.
