Water and soap doesnt do any thing
My friend said salt for some reason <-- Stupid idea

You can use salty water. Some people use it. I don't use a bong so I can't give you a 100% answer but I know some people use salt water to clean theirs.

Okay, I just asked my friend on Skype for you, he said he fills his bong with alcohol, plugs the hole(s) and shakes the bong really hard for 30-45 seconds. Try that.

If you have a cheap ass bong like me, and don't care if you fuck it up use warm water and soap, and get one of those long ass glass scrubbers. They come in all shapes and sizes, just get one that fits.

Like Grumpy said, try filling it with alcohol and shaking it for around 45 seconds. That works for me everytime.
