How do you charge back successfully on paypal after being scammed?

Can someone please tell me how to charge back succesfully on paypal? I was recently scammed and am NOT letting this guy keep my money.

If you sent the money via Credit card, call your credit card company and file a charge back. I don't really use paypal but that's what i found on the internet for you

I've had to a few years back. Not sure it's still the same, but I just filed a dispute and kept escalating it til I got my money back. Lol

Well paypal doesn't cover intangeble goods, but you could always back it up with proof. Or you could chargeback as an unauthorized charge.

Can you elaborate a bit more with this "unauthorized charge"? And what is its sucess rate?

Yeah, there's really no way for then to prove you ever did receive why you paid for. So yeah, pretty much just have a shit fit. At least that's what I did. I've only had to do it once and each time he'd try to deny it I'd do the escalate thing.

If you fail with this though your account will get fucked. I recommend gathering heavy proof and opening up a report with it.

Also escalate it to a claim, it seems like it does nothing but it will increase your chances of winning greatly.

Philly would never let anyone log into his paypal. He redeemed my MP then sent the PP funds.
