No, I am asking how do I check MY account for it. Not others.

You can't do so, sorry mate. To manually check your posts, follow the steps below:

Then look at the right hand side of the page and you will see this

Then you just simply count how many posts that you have had today. Hopefully there will be a plugin added soon to show this feature. Hope I have helped you, mate!
