Possibly cause you have a reacurring payment? I don't know if that's just for cc's so I'm not sure.

I've never seen that. You should call Microsoft I'm sure they will remove it.

It's most likely that they are still trying to charge your Paypal or you are already into the next wave of your subscription

If you used it to get the free one months then you need to take the reoccurring payments off. That's what happened to me.

Call Microsoft, they will be able to resolve it for you, you will have to know the billon info to your account.

On Xbox LIVE you must replace that card with another because the current debit card is linked to your Gold Account. OR call Xbox LIVE @ 1 800 4 MY XBOX - And ask them to remove the Gold from your account and then your account should be silver then remove the card.
