Hi, my names Evan. I was wondering how would I refer @Tucker? He's over my house and trying to get me to get me into this trading thing. Thank you - Evan.

You have to do it while your signing up in the box that says refer a user. It's too late now.

You would have had to register with his referral link (Found in the UserCP) or put in his name during the sign up process as the referrer.
