How do I level magic quickly?

Brock told me to Rock Lobsters but they're extremely high level...I don't even think I can get there. I still need to SuperHeat about 5k more steel bars. So I should be about 74 or maybe 75?

I wear full mystic with combat bracelet as gloves, a glory, and an ancient staff. I'm not rich, I have 10M and 1000 Ice Burst casts. What do you guys recommend to train my magic to 99.

Do you want a inexpensive way to get 40k/hr? if not you should Alch and stun I hear you get like 130k a hr.
Also by inexpensive I mean completely free.

Alching is 75k xp an hour, stun alching 105k xp an hour. I would alch if you can get the items.
