I can do about 10-14 pushups then i would get tired and have to rest for about 3-5 minutes. I can do sit ups, forgot about those. Thanks for the suggestions.

I don't think that would work since I barely eat anyway. The weight gain is just from me doing nothing at all for about, a year? I go out to play basketball and stuff like that, but i really don't do "exercise".

You don't need a gym to go running.
