How do i completely Restore my iMac?

I have an iMac OS X Version 10.7.5 17-inch, Late 2006.

It was recently owned by a family member and i want to completely take everything off of it to get it like i just bought it and im just taking it out the box.

Please help.

You want to go to settings and disk utility.
There should be a factory reset ability, if I am not mistaken.
I will check on my mac as well.

EDIT: Ok, I have figured it out. So basically, since you have taken over a family member's old computer, you want to deactivate all their iTunes and iCloud data from the computer, so deactivate all iTunes and iCloud settings, along with turning off the FileVault. Once you have done all that, simply restart your Mac, and run it in recovery mode (While resetting, hold command + R). Once in recovery mode, go to the utility window and click on the erase bar. Once erased and reset, re-install your OSX Mavericks, and finish the setup yourself.
