How do I block a Phone Number?

So, this faggot has been calling my house saying he wants to skin me alive. One of my friends is pissed at me so it's obv one of his friends doing it, but I want to block the number because he's really fucking annoying.

He said he's going to tie me to a chair and start at my fingertips and work his way up peeling the skin of of my arms. Then he will fuck my mom and once he's done he'll light her on fire and make me and my dad watch...

How do I block this guys phone number? Also, is there anyway I can get back at him maybe and scare him so he fucking leaves me alone?
