How do a 'turbo' program work?

For stealing gamertags I mean, I do t have 1 nor will I, do you input a gamertag then if it ever gets changed is it yours? Do you have to wait for the right moment to turbo? I hate the things lol.

Basically you have account A on xbox, and you want to swap the gamertag to sell or whatever, and you want to use account B to claim it with.

Now fedoras the turbo legend becomes aware your swapping it, so he gets his turbo program with account C logged into the program with your GT to claim as soon as you go to swap it.

Now fedoras has the gamertag on account C.While account A/B don't.

It helps make the account secure so your buyer doesn't have to swap it himself.

That way the account wont be pulled back as easily by shady past owners, and if it is, then you know the person who sold it to you pulled it back
And yeah you can profit from selling.
